This is a dark olive green blackglass open pontil case gin bottle from the 1770s or 1780s Colonial Period ...(you are only buying the ONE green bottle on the right...the darker olive amber bottle is listed separately)...no embossing....Free blown with paddled sides or hand blown in a tapered dip mold, so there are no mold seams....sharp open pontil pushed up into bottom...crude drippy applied ring collar....deep olive green blackglass....tapered square case gin with crude "footed" base.....10"tall.....Sparkling attic nice condition with no chips, cracks or damage... A nice clean bottle. ..A great looking Colonial Period blackglass case gin bottle!  It comes out of our own personal collection and originally came from the attic of 1700s Connecticut house. These are getting much more difficult to find these days as the digging has all but dried up. Guaranteed authentic pre 1800....
