Up for sale is an Antique Smooth Base Blob Soda Bottle made in Philadelphia by Dyottville Glassworks. Circa 1870s.
The bottle is aqua in color with an applied top and crude embossed lettering that reads "DYOTTVILLE GLASSWORKS / PHILADA"
There is a chip/bruise on the lip and a lot of stain/haze and surface scratches as seen in the photos. Overall the bottle still displays nicely.
Measurements are approximately:
7 1/16" Tall.
2 1/2" Diameter.
