1899 COBALT JOHN WYETH &BRO TIMED DOSE MEASURE BOTTLE W/GLASS DOSE CUP 6

An older hand blown 1899 dated John Wyeth timed dose cup bottle with the glass dose cup having the hours of the day and could show the user when to take their next dose of medicine by lining up with an arrow on the neck of bottle. .......We dug this bottle in our "Jug Dump" and show it being dug in one of our Digger Dave & Shovelin Shelley Beeler youtube videos, but I cant remember now which one it was ... JOHN WYETH & BRO. (bold emb vertical on front panel).... PAT.MAY 19TH 1899 (on bottom) TAKE NEXT DOSE AT (around raised ring on neck)..with a little arrow pointing up to the hours on the dose cap...The dose cup also has THIS CUP HOLDS A HEAPING DESSERT SPOONFUL (emb on top of cup)......Hand blown in mold...hand tooled tapered collar....cobalt blue....5 3/4" (6 3/8"counting the dose cup)....square with rounded corners....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A bit of light inside haze...the dose cup is perfect with no damage. It originally had a rubber seal which held it tight to the neck of bottle. That is gone... All you need is a couple rubber bands around neck of bottle to help seal the cap on tight.....  It held Wyeth's Granular Effervescent which was a popular cure all for various ailments . ... ....
