This bottle was used for the company's other flavors like root beer, orange, strawberry, etc. 6 vertical embossed body lines, with connecting arches on shoulder. And embossed neck design. Embossed PROP.OF STREATOR COCA-COLA / BOTTLING WORKS No 1, INC. / STREATOR,ILL. on the front heel of the bottle. Embossed small faint G 3099 on the back heel. Embossed CONTENTS 6 1/2 FL. OZS. / 9 (OI symbol) 0 / 1. on the bottom. Bottle was blown in 1940 by the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. of Streator, Illinois. Excellent condition. Clean inside and out - no cloudiness.
