Set of 6 Antique Embossed Waterbury Battery Co. and Generic 2 1/2 oz. Battery Oil Bottles - early 1900's
These 2 1/2 ounce battery oil bottles were probably made in the early 1900's. Four of the bottles are embossed "Waterbury Battery Oil, The Waterbury Battery Co., Waterbury, Conn. U.S.A.". The other two generic bottles are embossed with a simple "2 1/2 FL. OZS.", and an Owens O diamond on the base.
These bottles were simply rinsed off and wiped down with warm water and a soft cloth. None have been professionally cleaned.
