American Studio Art Glass Perfume Bottle Hand Blown Black Glass Signed

This gorgeous perfume bottle has been displayed in my glass cabinet since 2000 and other than dusting has been undisturbed. It is in like new condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs, and the dauber is in excellent condition. It is a smaller piece standing 2 3/4" tall including stopper and is signed and dated. The colorful dichroic glass frit diamond design is dazzling with hues of blues, greens, reds, and oranges, which changes of position and light. I can not for the life of me remember the name of this artist (I only collected American glass artists) and I can not decipher the signature by the pontil mark (would appreciate being contacted if anyone recognizes the maker of this piece). Just a beautiful example of American glass blowing artistry. Refer to the pictures to further assess condition.
