ANTIQUE BITTER MINERAL WATER BOTTLE 1870s. This very tall and heavily whittled ornate bottle looks to have a ground pontil in the indented base. This was a bitter spring water for medicinal purposes. The Fuente Amarga P.LL. Rubinat is embossed on 3 lines on the front and the back has LLORACH. This is probably from Spain and was dug in San Francisco in the 1970s. This nice tall aqua measures 10 1/2 inches tall and and 2 7/8 inches at the base. Very strong whittle and has a light haze inside. The last photo shows a very tiny burst bubble at the base. This is begging to be placed in your window or showcase. Thanks for checking this one out as it is a beauty with strong whittling.
