*Antique glass Apothecary Jar 19th c hand BLOWN open pontil beautiful

For sale is an Antique glass Apothecary Jar or vase which is hand blown as indicated by the open pontil.  Would be an excellent display piece.  This one is heavy and 9" tall and 4" at the mouth.   There are some small chips as you can see in the photos, but still beautiful. Originally apothecary jars were used to store herbs and drugs at drugstore shops.  They were quite common in the victorian era.
