Antique ALVIN Large, Wide, Clear Glass & Sterling Silver Overlay

This auction is for a very large & very wide, heavy, antique perfume bottle with clear, clean glass and sterling silver overlay.  It is approximately 5 1/4" in height(with stopper) and 5" in width at the widest point.  The cartouche has a 3 letter monogram in script.  There is an internal crack in the neck area which is smooth to the touch.  The number "478" is etched on the bottom of both the bottle and the stopper.  On the lower rim of silver the markings are worn.  They appear to be "999/1000 fine" with the Alvin hallmark and "C16-1".
I accept PayPal within 2 days of auction ending.  Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping fee.  The bottle will be carefully wrapped for safe arrival.  I do not ship outside of the continental United States.  Please look at all of the pictures and email any questions or concerns prior to bidding.  All sales are final.  Thank you.
