In this auction we have a nice old soft drink item for your consideration.
This is a used Bortner's soda bottle wooden crate / carrier. This carrier will hold 24 bottles. Bortner's from Hanover, Pennsylvania. Made by Acme Box Co. Baltimore, MD. Dates back to December 1963. A brand that many may not have ever heard about.
This carrier has stains, contact marks, scratches, edge wear, rust damage on metal parts, some wood damage, color loss on logos. Some of the metal bands have rusted through. I thought about replacing them with extra banding I have but a buyer may want this one in original condition.
