One 9 1/2 oz. 3-color Chief Muskogee Fine Flavors ACL (applied color label) soda pop bottle with red, black and white label. Bottle is from Owens-Illinois dated 1948. Rust spot near bottom of emblem. Emblem is in pretty good shape, some fading and wear to finer lines. I don’t see any chips on glass but there is scuffing on the high points of the glass. See photos for condition. Marked: Chief Muskogee; Seven-Up Bottling Co.; Muskogee, Okla. I am including images that should show the condition of this bottle. C onsult photos for examination and more detailed condition and description. I found this about 40 years ago in an old homestead dump about 30 miles from Muskogee Oklahoma.
