VTG Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle, inside painted, jade stopper fall

Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle w jade stopper inside painted VTG fall mountains
My late mother loved Asian art and collected for years. I do not know the age of this snuff bottle, but she always thought it was lovely and it was on her mantel for decades.
Bottle is about 3.5 inches tall x 1.5 inches wide.
Scene on one side is of women standing near the edge of a cliff with mountains in the distant mist. On the other side is someone kneeling in front of a cave or building. There are bare trees and red flowering shrubs, and again the mountains in the mist. chinese characters at the top seem to say something about the fall foliage. Stopper is in nice shape. I am not sure what material the spoon is -- it may even be a modern plastic one.
Bottle is in nice shape, with no chips or cracks. Bottom is slightly out of level, though it does stand upright. You will want to set it down carefully, and maybe use display adhesive under it.
