Cobalt Blue Glass Straubmuller's Elixir Tree of Life Since 1880

Beautiful Cobalt Blue Glass Bottle made by the Wheaton Glass Co. probably in the 60’s or 70’s. Obviously a reproduction or their rendention of a TREE OF LIFE BOTTLE. From what I can find, Straubmuller's Elixir was a 19 th century “Medicine” that tasted terrible. I think the theory was, If it tasted bad then it had to help. I think that was the same thinking process my parents had about Caster Oil. If it came back up faster then it went down, it had to help. One side of the bottle has STRAUBMULLER’S ELIXIR, The Tree of Life and The words TREE OF LIFE SINCE 1880 embossed on it. Embossed on the opposite side is NECTAR OF THE THE GOLDEN LIFE OF HEALTH AND VITALITY. The bottle stands 8” tall X approx 3 1/2” square at the top with a 2 3/4” square base. The bottom has WHEATON embossed on it. Very Good to Excellent condition. Please see attached pictures for details. Thanks for looking. I do combine shipping any time I can.
