We only accept returns of UNOPENED or UNUSED items with manufacturing defects in their original (factory) packaging. What does this mean for you? As soon as you receive the item, please do the following:
1. Check if there are any shipping damages. If so please contact us immediately with a few pictures of the damage. Try not to open the original packaging and DO NOT USE the item.
2. Perform a visual check of the item. Is it as described and as expected? If you can do so without opening the original packaging, perfect! If necessary, please open the original packaging carefully without damaging it, so that you can pack the item back in case you want to return it. If you want to return it, please contact us for an RMA#.
3. If you want to keep the item, check it now carefully for visible defects and if it is an electronic device, check if it works properly (dry test run, DO NOT USE the item). If the device is free of errors (which is the case with 99% of our products) we wish you lots of fun with it. If you spot any visible manufacturing defect or the device does not work properly, please contact us immediately for an RMA#.
You can return the item within 30 days of the order.
Please do not attempt to return an item without contacting us first. Please contact us for an RMA# which is required to facilitate in the return process or will be refused by our warehouse.

Direct cancellations (e.g., change of mind or picked the wrong item) by the customer include a handling fee of 3%, which is deducted from the refund amount. This is, unfortunately, necessary because there are fees being deducted right away that are not refunded to us.

Unopened items (change of mind) are subject to a 10% restocking fee and actual shipping cost on free shipping items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product.

Postage on returns for both unopened and defective items is the responsibility of the customer. We will be responsible for the shipping of the replacement.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. If you are an international customer your item will be sent with Pricetronic's Global Shipping Program which means that we send the item to the Global Shipping Program's warehouse here in the U.S. and they will send it to you.
