Vintage Egizia Milk Glass Juice Bottle with Flower Pattern

Excellent Condition

Milk glass is opaque or translucent, milk white or colored.  Colors include blue, pink, yellow, brown, black and white.  It was first made in Venice in the 16th century.  Unlike typical glass, milk glass isn't completely translucent and is only slightly opaque.  Milk glass that is any color than white was most likely produced in the 20th or 21st century.  It was originally intended to simulate porcelain.
