Can't say it's new cause i don't know the history of it but it looks unused. I tested it for proper operation. I have used these for coffee and espresso machines many times. They work great for any machine that needs water supply. __________________________________________________________________

I only have shipping methods offered that have insurance included in case of breakage during shipping.
