Before each use, shake your bottle of Flonase and use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the bottle, allowing the cap to come off easily.
If it is your first time using the bottle, the lid has been off or you haven't used your spray in 30 days, your bottle needs to be primed by squeezing the bottle into the air until a fine mist appears.
If you pump six times without a mist appearing, you may need to clean the nozzle.
