Iron Pontil Round G.W. Merchant Bottle

Offered for sale is a 7-inch-tall medicine embossed with “G.W. Merchant / Chemist / Lockport / N.Y.”  Small chip removed from top before tumbling with excellent results.  Bottle has a beautiful green color, a sloping-collar applied top, nice whittling, and an iron pontil base with lots of iron remaining.  There are no chips, cracks, bruises, and only one tiny open bubble which can be seen in photo #8.  Glass is clean and embossing is strong.  Please check all photos before purchasing.
