Orange Crush 1925 Starr Wall Mount Bottle Opener Brown Mfg. Co. USA #1 Cast Iron
WOW! ALMOST 100 YEARS OLD!!
Used - Great Condition for it's age, Fantastic Original Patina, No surface rust, and if you look carefully at the raised embossed lettering you can see some of the original orange paint that was on the lettering (see pics).
The face features raised embossed lettering that says Orange CRUSH.
Front is stamped with STARR, and below that N. PT. NEWS VA and below the hole for a screw to wall mount is PATD. APR. 21 1925
Back is stamped with the number 1, and on the long neck is BROWN MFG CO. and under that is MADE IN U.S.A. Orange Crush, originally created as an orange soda, was created in 1911 by Canadian beverage and extract chemist Neil C. Ward, and is now owned and marketed internationally by Keurig Dr. Pepper. Crush mainly compete's with Coca-Cola's Fanta.
