PREMIUM / MINERAL / WATERS bold emb on 3 panels on back.....hand blown in mold...early sunken smooth base with 2 dots...crude applied blob top....cobalt blue...8 sided...7 1/8"tall....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips, nicks or damage of any kind.  A nice clean attic bottle that doesnt appear to have ever been in the ground. It has no wear at all. This is one of the nicest blue 8 sided Seitz bottles I've seen!
