Professionally tumbled. The cap has the hours of the day on it. One would turn the cap to the time the next dose was due. Super cool!! This cobalt blue new york john wyeth & bro, philadelphia medicine bottle was hand blown in a mold and has a tooled top. It has no chips or cracks and is in excellent condition. It is 6 1/4" tall and 2 1/8" wide and deep. It has a nice bubble in the front panel. The cap is perfect! The glass is crystal-clear, there isn't a spec of haze anywhere. It looks amazing in the sunlight as demonstrated in the photos! If you have wanted a super cool cobalt blue bottle to your collection, this may be the one for you!!
