SARSAPARILLA 1880s AYER’S COMPOUND EXT BOTTLE LOWELL MASS USA.
This one is the Compound Extract for the Sarsaparilla. It is a heavy large aqua that stands 8 1/2 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches across the base which also has number 31 embossed in a circular indented area. All 4 panels are indented with rounded corners. Notice the neck has some nice twisting with a double ringed lip which is nicely applied. There is light iridescence seen on this one, a little hazy inside the glass from being buried for over 100 plus years. Overall a beautiful old Sarsaparilla that will stand proudly in your collection. There are no cracks or chips and a great old bottle. Thanks for looking David
