This is an entire soda stream (taken apart), 2 bottles, and 5 caps.
The soda stream stopped working and was taken apart to find the cause being the broken plastic nut holding the black tube on, you can see part of nut still there, in the picture with my hand.
The soda stream did have a hole cut into the base (you can see that in 2 pictures) for a co2 hose adapter.
Comes with 2 bottles. 1 was never used, the other was used and shrunk in the dishwasher and should probably just be thrown out.
Comes with 5 bottle caps, 4 black plastic and 1 metal one!
I don't know exactly what model this is but I did include 2 pictures of the tags on it.
