1936 VINTAGE 7UP  BOTTLE OPENER STARR "X" 18 BROWN CO.  You like it it likes you . Very nice vintage cast iron Starr "X" wall mount style bottle opener with advertising on it in raised lettering with red paint. 1936 Vintage 7-UP Cast Iron Counter Bottle Opener Seven-Up Has the 7up slogan used from 1936 to 1952 on the front You Like It, It Likes You. Made of cast iron (magnetic), with some of the original paint remaining. Marked on the front lower area STARR X US PATENT 2333088 BROWN CO. N. NEWS VA. The reverse lower area is marked: 18 MADE IN USA . Condition is very good. Some of the original red paint still remains on the raised letters. Shows some average wear and age. It's about 3 1/4" High 2 3/4" Wide at its widest and about 1 1/8" deep. It has some paint loss the plating is VG. The red paint is original and not re-painted. It does  have screws for mounting it and the box. Please look at the pictures as they are a good part of the description. As Pictured.
