Vintage Clicquot Club Beverages Clear Glass Bottle w/ Clicquot Club

Vintage Clicquot Club bottle and Bottle Cap in good condition. The cap is crooked and pretty secure on the bottle. Underneath the cap, inside the bottle it almost looks like a burnt piece of paper hanging from the cap??? There is also a stain/or burn/darkness on the side of the bottle and I can't tell if that was part of a burning piece of paper or something else. The bottle has some light residue around the bottom of the bottle as well.
