Vintage Enameled Dog Head on Spindle, Rhinestone Ears, Part to Bottle

Vintage Enameled Dog Head on Spindle, Rhinestone Ears, Part to Bottle Stopper or something else.  Gray and white pearly heavy enameling heavy metal spaniel or pointer head with pave rhinestone earls.  A post with a small hole sticks out of the bottom.  It is 1.75" tall and 1" wide.  This is a missing part to something, or can be repurposed to something.   Too special.  Very well made, heavy.  Enameling appears to be over metal, possibly silver where the rhinestones are as it tests as silver but I could not do a good test on it due to the enameling.  The piece itself is in very good  ondition.  1940's-1950's.  Not signed.  (INV.W.62720.5 SS2256 We will combine shipping within Ebay and across all our venues.  Payment is expected within three days - please notify me if you need more time as I do open unpaid claims after three days unless later arrangements are made.  I am happy to work with you.
