A stylish floral embossed design which if filled with a colored liquid one could see the design more clearly. F.W. Fitch Co Ideal Hair Tonic for loose dandruff and dry hair... manuf. inDes Moines, IA, Bayonne, NJ ,Los Angeles, CA. Research tells me the Stippling bottom (pic#11) which enables bottles to stay on conveyor belt first appears est.1940.others say this bottle was made earlier..... the numbers and 'logo' on base (#11)I think are representative of those made by Owens Illinois glass Co. between 1929-1960. This bottle as others I have listed is from my father's barber shop.. It is one of the tallest and prettiest. Labels are obviously aged, tiny bit of tonic left in bottom, it must have been a favorite of Dad's patrons.. I would advise not to smell it... Ask any questions thanks! 'bubbles..may be from oil in bottle..can't tell..pix 12-13-14 Base
