Wyeth Laboratories Collyrium Eye wash box from the 1950s. Box is in overall good to average condition with some condition issues present. Top flap is missing and one of the side flaps is creased. Some light staining is present as well. Box will be shipped flat as seen in last picture. Please refer to photos for more info/details. Box pictured is the box you will receive.
