Vintage Metal 8 Bottle Carrier Oil, Milk? Caddy Wire Rustic With Spring

Vintage metal bottle carrier holds 8 bottles. The rustic wire design and has spring handle. Overall dimensions are length 18.25 inches, width 9.25 inches, height to top of spring handle approximately 15 inches. Each of the 8 compartments measure approximately 4.5 x 4.5 inches. Spring handle is 5 inches in length. There are some slight bends in some of the wires. Please see photos for best description as I tried to highlight the condition of the carrier. Rust is apparent throughout. There is no makers mark visible. Thank you for looking
