This is an amazing bottle cap and very collectible. Who wouldn't want one? Especially at this price! This cap has a very interesting history. They were found in a old bottling plant in Jefferson, NC in the 1990s. What makes this really unique is the fact these were made for Mountain Dew Dewshine which wasn't released until 2015. So they had geared up for a release earlier and delayed it for some reason and these caps were actually found before the soda was even released.
This was bottled by an American Icon Crown Holding which used to be Crown Cork & Seal Company which started in 1892 and today produces 1 out of every 5 cans of beverages made and also 1 out of 3 cans of food in the world.
