Polished Base on the Outside Edge with Unpolished Pontil in the Center please see pictures for that ....Bottle is  about 5 3/8 oz. before packing ..... bottle is about 5" tall with the stopper and about 2" wide at widest point ... as you will see in the last picture stopper has small chips at the base edge .... other than that very good condition and absolutely gorgeous piece ....
