I'm not a bottle expert, just know my way around old stuff.
This is in as good of shape that I've seen for an old bottle.
I'm listing quite a few bottles from a collection that were found in and around a house in NJ.
Home originally dates to mid 1800's. Bottles were found in the house or "IN THE HOUSE"
in the house; on window sills, in garage etc.
"IN THE HOUSE" When they did construction, in the walls...!
Side note, I don't clean bottles when I get them ready for sale, I wipe off dust and maybe use a bit of water or tiny bit of dawn to knock off the rough stuff or crusty dirt maybe spider web, but I don't go crazy. Why??? Don't want to damage and want to be as original to way was found as possible. The things I clean are what I think might be what came after finding.
