They are painted with multiple layers of air-dry paints and are sealed with a matte sealer to protect the paint. They have magnets in their heads for their magnetic pacifiers which are included with them. All the clothing they are pictured in will come home with each of them along with a set of bottles, a rattle, a plush bunny, a birth certificate, and 3 baby diapers, and they will be wrapped in a baby blanket.
